1) Creating Lasting Lip Color - Select moisturizing, long-lasting Lip Shades and apply them in layers over soft, smooth lips. a. Create a Smooth Base Coat - Do this by filling the entire upper and lower lip area with a like shade in a matte lipstick, lip balm or lip liner pencil. b. Apply Lip Color - Apply your favorite lipstick shade over the base. (Don't forget to say Ahh!] You can blend shades - don't be afraid to experiment. Light shades for day, darker shades for glamorous nights. Use pearl frosted lipsticks to liven up your lips with some shimmer.
